About Us
Couples Therapy Centre (CTC) is a respected psychotherapy & counselling practice, founded in 2020 and headquartered in beautiful Georgetown, Ontario. We provide virtual and in-person counselling and psychotherapy services to couples and individuals for a wide range of issues. CTC is looking for Associates who are looking to establish themselves in Ontario in group practice or private practice. This is an independent contract position with the opportunity to work flexibly.
The position includes a blend of online and in person therapy in Georgetown, ON.

About You
​
Are you a passionate couples therapist looking to belong to a supportive, collaborative community? If so, grow with us as we build and provide services to clients in Halton Hills and across Ontario, Canada.
​
You belong here if you value being able to leverage your competencies as a Couples Therapist. You will provide top quality care within a growing team of interdisciplinary mental health professionals (psychotherapists, social workers, clinical interns, and volunteers).

Qualifications:
​
Minimum of 1-2 years post-graduate experience working in a clinical setting. New grads are also welcome to apply.
Master's degree in social work, psychology, counselling or related discipline.
Applicants who were grandfathered into CRPO without a Master's degree are welcome to apply.
Registration and good standing with a regulatory college (i.e., CRPO or OCSWSSW).
Knowledge of various individual, couple and family counselling modalities and evidence informed practices.
Training and experience in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples is a must.
Demonstrated ability to provide competent and culturally safe service in a clinical setting with diverse populations.
Ability to work remotely from home with internet capacity and in the office, as required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
